Mary K. Brooks is an American researcher, and non-fiction writer.

She graduated from Harvard University . She was a resident fellow at R Street Institute.[1] and Fellow at the Wilson Center.[2]

Her work appeared in Wilson Quarterly,[3] and Lawfare.[4]
