Leo Li Meng (Chinese: 李萌; pinyin: Li3 Meng2), as know as Li Meng or Leo Lee, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of HUYA Inc.[1][2][3]and the CEO of Nimo[4],is a figure in the live streaming and esports industry in China.[5][6][7][8]

In November 2020, Leo Li Meng played a role in facilitating the strategic cooperation between HUYA Inc. and the Communication University of China.[9]This collaboration aims to cultivate esports talent and advance the esports ecosystem in China. It also includes the launch of initiatives like the Beijing International College Students' Esports Festival, reflecting a commitment to nurturing new talent and innovation in the esports sector.

On January 2021, Leo Li Meng, as the representative of Huya, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Zhuhai Public Security Bureau.[10] The collaboration focused on establishing a joint laboratory for the prevention and control of internet-related crimes.[11]

The second Beijing (International) College Students' Esports Festival officially commenced on December 8, 2021, Leo Li Meng, alongside Duan Peng, the Vice President of the Communication University of China, jointly released the "2021 Esports Industry Blue Book."[12][13]. This publication, organized and compiled by the Media Convergence and Communication National Key Laboratory and the HUYA Esports Research Center of the Communication University of China, systematically reviewed the development status and characteristics of China's esports industry in 2021.[14][15]
