The Laboratory Animal Genetic Reporting (LAG-R) framework is a set of guidelines to support more complete documentation of the genetic makeup of animals of all species used in research, with the goal of enhancing reproducibility, reliability, and overall scientific rigor.[1]
This is one of many efforts to help reduce the replication crisis and complements the ARRIVE guidelines for the genetic of animals used in any research paper.
