Katy Volikas (born 1995) is an American artist and photographer based in Indianapolis, Indiana.

editEarly Life and Education
editVolikas was born in Kokomo, Indiana. She attended Ball State University as a 2014 Whitinger Scholar and graduated with a Bachelors of Science studying Political Science. Volikas held state office as President of the Senate and student body Vice President, advocating for art on campus and influencing the 2018 "We Fly" rebrand of the University.
