Gift Project for Global Cardiovascular Health

edit

Wiley is the founder and President of the Gift Project for Global Cardiovascular Health (GIVE)[6], a non-for-profit organization (501c3) that trains school children in developing nations in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the safe usage of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to save lives.

November 2018 - The GIVE project, Kids Save Lives Tirana, trained ~50 Albanian high school students from Instituti Arsimor Eurolingua in Tirana, Albania[7].

June 2022 – The Give project, Kids Save Lives-Kosovo 2022, trained 400 high school students in Kosovo in CPR and the use of AEDs. The GIVE also met with Minister of Health (Prof. Dr. Rifat Latifi) and Ministry of Education where they proposed bills regarding AED use by the general public and making CPR training a mandatory course in high school curriculum[8][9][10]
