Jonathan Frankel (entrepreneur)

Jonathan Frankel[1][2] (Yonatan Frankel)[3] is a self-described entrepreneur,[4] and co-founder/CEO of Nucleus.[5]

Early life

Frankel, a graduate of DRS HALB (Davis Renov Stahler Yeshiva High School for Boys), obtained rabbinical ordination,[3] a Baccalaureate in Computer Science from Yeshiva University,[4] and then continued his education at Harvard Law School[6](JD).[7]

Career

After Harvard he worked at Boston Consulting Group.[4]

Nucleus

His 2013 Nucleus backers included former NFL quarterback Joe Montana, Founders Fund's billionaire Peter Thiel, and LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman.[4] CNET described their product as "a touchscreen-enabled intercom system."[8][9] Frankel's followup NucleusCare offering focuses on the intercom and site-to-site needs of home-care agencies and senior-care facilities.[4] His 2016 round of funding, $5.6 million,[10] was led by Amazon.[5]
