John Tanner Powell, who also goes by John Powell or Tanner Powell, is a registered financial advisor currently at Equitable Advisors located in Los Angeles, California.^[1] He is registered as an IAR (Investment Advisor Representative)^[2] and RR (Registered Representative).^[3] John has worked at 1 firm and has passed the Series 66 (Series 63,65), Series 7TO and SIE exams.^[4]

Before joining the financial services industry, John was a student-athlete^[5] at La Salle University and Concordia University Irvine where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
