John Summerfield Wilkes (March 2, 1841 – February 2, 1908) was a justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court from 1893 to 1908.
appointed January 16, 1893 (vice Peter Turney); elected 1894, 1902, served until 1908; born in Maury County, Tennessee; captain and purchasing commissary in Confederate Army; state adjunct general, 1875[1]
