John S. Unpingco (born c. 1951) was a judge of the District Court of Guam from 1992 to 2004.
Born in Barrigada to Mr. and Mrs. Juan Unpingco.[1]
"Father Duenas Memorial High School graduated from St Louis University in May Magna Cum Laude with a major in history and political science".[1]
"second lieutenant in the Air Force Reserve and will be attending the New York University Law School".[1]
