Isidoro Lucciola is an Italian banker, businessman and fintech entrepreneur, founder of Loan Agency Services,[1] a €40 billion credit line financial agency. Lucciola is an independent board director of the Armenia National Interest Fund (ANIF),[2] the sovereign fund of the Armenian Government alongside former French Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin.[3]

Lucciola is an investment banker revitalizing Italian businesses in distress and launching fintech companies. He is a longtime partner of Alessandro Profumo, former CEO of Unicredit and current CEO of Leonardo.

Lucciola is a sustainability finance pioneer,[4] advising corporations, organizations and governments about the green transition. He became Chairman of Igea Digital Bank, a fintech bank with 4000 customers focused on “banking as a service” and loans for renewable energy and sustainable agriculture expansion businesses.
