Inspiration Republic was established in 2017 by Joel Witton and Germaine Ransome. The founders, both seasoned public speakers and educators, created the organization to address pressing social issues through engaging and educational presentations. The organization quickly grew in reach and impact, presenting to over 125,000 students, parents, educators, and community members across Canada.

Programs

Inspiration Republic offers several key programs designed for different age groups and audiences:

  • Journey of H.O.P.E.: This program focuses on mental health and wellness, offering practical tools and personal stories to help students manage their mental health and break the stigma surrounding mental illness.
  • People You May Know: This anti-Black racism and allyship presentation promotes empathy and provides practical strategies to combat racism. It uses media, personal stories, and interactive games to engage students.
  • YOU, ME, US: Highlighting the contributions of African Canadians, this Canadian Black history presentation includes virtual field trips, real-life stories, and interactive elements to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of Black Canadian heritage.
  • N.E.R.D.: A program focused on bullying and resiliency, providing tools and strategies to overcome bullying and build supportive communities through personal stories, media, and interactive activities.

Leadership
