Horní Počernice (German: Ober Počernitz) has been a neighbourhood in the Czech capital Prague since 1974. Since 1974 it has belonged to the urban district Prague 9, and since 1990 it has formed a district municipality which has been called Prague 20 since 2002[1]. Horní Počernice is 286 metres above sea level and the population is 14,296.[2]
