Hapi-line Fukui (Japanese: ハピラインふくい) is a Japanese third-sector railway company established in 2019 to operate passenger rail services on the JR West Hokuriku Main Line within Fukui Prefecture.

In preparation for the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen extension between Kanazawa and Tsuruga stations, scheduled for March 16, 2024,[1] the company was founded on August 13, 2019, to inherit the parallel section between Tsuruga and Daishōji stations on the Hokuriku Main Line.[2]
