Guthrie F. Crowe (July 24, 1910 – August 30, 2010)^[1] was a judge of the United States District Court for the Canal Zone from 1952 to 1977.

In October 1976, Crowe issued an order "temporarily restraining the United States Government from further negotiations with Panama for a new Panama Canal treaty".^[2]
