Grove Street is a fictional gang from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Grand Theft Auto V which is based in the fictional street of Grove Street located in Los Santos in the fictional state of San Andreas.[1][2]

The Ballas is a rival gang of the Grove Street family it controls most of east Los Santos (mainly consisting of Slums) they are theorized to of been founded in the 1970s. They are bot only seen in GTA: San Andreas but also GTA V. It should also be noted Madd Dogg an in-game rapper was a balla.[3]
