The Green October Event 2015 was the inaugural edition of the Green October Event, held on October 1, 2015, at Peninsula Hotel in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria.
Tarmar Awobotu and Emmanuel Ikubese took on the role of hosts for the inaugural edition of the event, which was primarily centered around raising awareness for children living with Down syndrome in Nigeria.[1][2][3]
The event featured prominent fashion designers including O'Saunders, Agatha Moreno, Cal Ogbah Clothing, Sassy Fashion House, Fabulousadivastiche, Neri Couture, S2 Dynamics, Adunni-Oge Couture, and VickyHeldan, who showcased their designs during the event.[1][3]
