If you need feedback on your draft, or if the review is taking a lot of time, you can try asking for help on the talk page of a relevant WikiProject. Some WikiProjects are more active than others so a speedy reply is not guaranteed.

Graeme Stewart Millar CBE was a Scottish business man. In the 2006 New Year Honours list, Millar was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) "for services to consumer in Scotland"^[1] for his work as Chairman of the Scottish Consumer Council.
