Giandomenico Scamozzi (Ponte in Valtellina, 1526 – Vicenza, 1582) was an Italian architect who is credited with designing the Palazzo Arnaldi Della Torre
He was also a carpenter and was the father of the architect Vincenzo Scamozzi. His style was Renaissance.
He designed the villa Ferramosca Sesso Beggiato Monti Marzaro in Grisignano di Zocco.
