Forum (Russian: Форум) is a Soviet and Russian synthpop band founded in 1983, founded by Alexander Morozov and former members of the rock band "Forward"[1] in October 1983. In the summer of 1984, the group’s lineup was updated, and Viktor Saltykov was taken as a soloist, with whom Forum recorded the debut album “White Night”.[2]
Forum was the first Synth-pop band exists in USSR[3]
