In 2018 he published The Mystery at Pancake Shores and in 2020 he debuted his poetry collection. [2] He is currently the poetry editor for The Joplin Toad, an art and poetry magazine outlet located in Joplin, Missouri, but continues to write.[1]

Inspiration

edit

Shultz wouldn't start writing fiction until his early twenties, when he read Ray Bradbury. Like with Bradbury, many of his stories involve introducing an element of a fantasy world into a real-world scenario.[3] Shultz has a passion for helping young authors. He is an editor for the Joplin Toad and provides outlining tools for authors online and posts poetry readings on Youtube.com for free. He lives in Missouri with his wife, son, and cat.[2]
