Eva Ruiz (born July 19, 1995) [1]known professionally as Eva Noxious is a Mexican-American rapper, singer, bass guitarist from [2]Phoenix, Arizona. [3]Birthed by an Honduran mother and a Mexican father, the chicana rapper did not get to experience the culture of Honduras due to her mother’s absence. Her father who was serving time in prison in 2003, passed away shortly after his release that same year. Eva’s grandparents would continue to raise her full time. As Noxious navigated through her early youth, she faced many hardships as a result of trauma, gangs, drugs, and years of chronic alcohol abuse. Habits died hard and admist struggling to shake old habits leading into her adulthood, Eva always found her way back to music. In 2017, Noxious posted her first song onto SoundCloud titled “Publicidad”. Almost immediately after posting her first set of tracks, Eva received an influx of acknowledgment and support from fans, rappers and producers alike. The female MC continues to release music and is getting ready to [4]release her debut album under 10k Projects/Warner Music Group.
