Dulal Kumar Debnath, generally known as Dulal Debnath is an Indian politician from All India Trinamool Congress Party. He served as Vice President (Sahakari Savadhipati) of Jalpaiguri Zilla Parishad from 2018 to 2023. He was among the most noted politicians in the District Trinamool Congress committee. During his tenure, he became popular within the district and district surrounded areas.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9]
