Dr. Claire Stagg edit
Dr. Claire Stagg is a Trinidadian-born dentist and author, known for her integrative approach to dental and craniofacial health. She is the founder of Health Connections Dentistry® and a pioneer in the field of holistic dentistry, emphasizing the connection between oral health and overall well-being.
Early Life and Education edit
Dr. Claire Stagg was born in Trinidad, often referred to as "The Land of the Hummingbird." She pursued her higher education in France, where she earned a Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Bordeaux in 1982. Dr. Stagg continued her education in the United States, where she completed a Masters of Science focusing on Craniofacial Pain at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2011.

Dr. Stagg began her career in Trinidad, where she was the first to pass the Trinidad Dental Board Examinations after her graduation. She then moved to Grenada to facilitate advancements in dental care delivery. In the United States, she passed the American and Florida Board Examinations and has practiced in Florida since 1989.
Dr. Stagg has amassed over 2,700 hours of additional training, with specializations in TMJ/Sleep Disorders, Orthopedics, and Dental Rehabilitation. She has been awarded a Fellowship in the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and has made significant contributions to the field of Craniofacial Epigenetics and nonsurgical airway remodeling.

Dr. Stagg's practice, Health Connections Dentistry®, is based on the philosophy that dental health is integrally connected to the overall health and balance of the individual. She has developed a comprehensive approach that incorporates Biological, Wholistic, and Cosmetic Dentistry, focusing on non-surgical and extraction-free alternatives.
She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology.
