Charlie Evans is an actor who recently made a career breakthrough with his role in Leave The World Behind. His previous acting experience includes playing the role of Leonard for five episodes in the American comedy television series Everything's Gonna Be Okay.
He was born in Byron Bay, Australia, and then moved to Los Angeles, US, at the age of 10.[1]
Charlie had one of the leading roles in the Netflix film, Leave The World Behind. Most of the publicity and attention went to established stars like Julia Roberts and Mahershala Ali. However, the actor left an impact with some standout scenes. In a visceral horror scene, his character Archie's teeth falls out. The film is not clear about the reasons for this. But many online are offering their own theories.[2][3]
There has been speculation about his age and whether Charlie was a child actor when shooting for Leave The World Behind. He was 18 at the time, playing a 16 year old boy.[4]
