Submission declined on 7 December 2023 by Robert McClenon (talk). This draft appears to be incorrectly titled, and maybe should be Draft:Sous Le Manteau Paris. There already is an article Sous Le Manteau, which is about a film. I am declining this draft rather than renaming and reviewing it, when I might not know what name its author intends it to be reviewed under.
Please rename and resubmit.

Sous Le Manteau Paris is a luxury boutique American/French fragrance brand. Manufactured in France, with headquarters in New York, the company has been producing eau de parfum since 2016. The name, Sous Le Manteau, comes from the 17th century French expression that refers to unauthorized books or artifacts sold "under the cloak", because of their erotic or controversial relevance. Through the research of historic text and recipes, the company revisits authentic aphrodisiac love potions from earlier centuries.[1][2]
