editSanford holds a bachelor of art in political philosophy and economic from University of California, Berkeley and master's degree in Urban, Community and Regional Planning from San Jose State University.[2][3]

editSanford designs and leads education membership communities on five decades working experience. Including as a business owner She has created regenerative business practices with companies and organization such as Google, DuPont, Intel, P&G, and Seventh Generation where she educated them to develop their people and ensure a progressive stream of innovations producing financial and market growth.[4][5]
She served in University of Washington, Bothell, founder, director, lead faculty, the responsible business executive education program. She is the producer and host at Business Second Opinion, Positive Contrarian Journal, The Regenerative Business & The Responsible Capitalist Podcasts.. Annual Events” The Regenerative Business Summit. The Regenerative Life Summit.[6][7]
She is the founder, CEO, and designer of The Regenerative Business Development Community and Change Agent Development Community.[8][9]
