bodo - Innternational service for the sale of experience day vouchers [2] [3]. The company was founded in 2009. The international market was entered in 2021 with the launching of a service in Turkey.

History

edit

The company’s history began with the idea of its founder Vitaliy Drozd[4][5] to launch an online store for providing experience gifts. Working at a company selling experiences, in the position of Regional Director in Ukraine, he had ideas for improving processes and business development that did not resonate with management. As a result, they became the core principles for creating the modern service, bodo, in 2009.[6]

On 23 November 2009, the first experience was sold of an experience day vouchers , and now the company is the leader in this segment..[7] Initially, the cooperation was conducted only with providers located in Kyiv. For the providers, this cooperation offered recognition and customers. On the opening day, one gift certificate was sold, but by the end of the first month, there were already 300 clients. Nowadays, bodo takes leading positions in the emotional gifts segment of the Ukrainian market and continues its development in international direction.
