Boaters List Inc. is digital platform directory which offers direct connections between consumers and businesses, known on the site as Service Providers. Examples of services offered on the site are boat rentals, mechanics, fishing guides, and other similar services. Overall, the site provides 120 marine categories. The Company is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas with international office in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico and Cabo San Lucas, Baja California, Mexico. The Boaters List online platform comprises over 80,000 enrolled marine service provider, in 43 countries.
Boaters List is a Free site for both consumers and businesses with stated goal of building the world's largest online marine community. All business owners are provided with a Free landing page on the site.

Boaters List was conceptualized by Martin Kroesche and Capt. Cody Williams in July 2019, as a platform to connect boating and water enthusiasts with a wide range of marine services. It was officially registered as a Limited Liability Company in July 2020, and the website was launched to the public in May 2021, during the 2021 Gulf Coast Masters Tournament in Orange Beach, Alabama.
In advance of its formal launch May 28,2021, the company opened its first call center in Tampico, Mexico. [citation needed] In August 2021, Boaters List converted from an LLC to a Texas Incorporated Entity. It subsequently expanded in September 2021, offering services in Puerto Rico, the Turks and Caicos Islands, and the Bahamas.
In January 2022 Boaters List launched its mobile apps for both Apple and Android devices. On April 22,2022, Boaters List acquired the marine group of social media channels, “Haulover Inlet’, which carried more than 1 million followers and surpassed 100 million organic views per month.
The Company was awarded its Registered Trademark by the United States Patent & Trademark Office on August 16, 2022.

In October of 2023, Boaters List added to it marine group of social media with the acquisition of , "Tug Life" and "Maritime Daily", increasing its aggregate social media following to over 3.6 million.
After more than a year of software development, the Company launched its marine marketplace, the “Dock” which allows its community to buy and sale a wide range of marine items including boats, trailers, engines, tackle, gear etc.. The Dock also allows its enrolled providers to offer their services to the community. The Dock extends the ability for immediate bookings of fishing trips, rentals, and lessons through its “Buy it Now” and “Book it Now” offering.[1]
