- Comment: With the possible (?) exception of the JJ article, none of the sources cited contributes towards notability per WP:NCORP. We need to see significant coverage, directly of the subject, in multiple secondary sources that are reliable and entirely independent of the subject. Bea's Bakery, established by Jules Litwak in 1968,[1] started as a Jewish owned bakery located in Tarzana, California on Ventura Blvd. Lenny Rosenberg and Adaeze Nwanonyiri became owners in October 2022.[2]
The owners have expanded the menu beyond Jewish baking, including ingredients from other cultures such as kola nuts from West Africa.[3]
About the owners
editLenny Rosenberg was born in Plainview, Long Island. He has worked on the East Coast developing restaurants such as Viking Bakery in New Jersey and Strathmore Bagels in New York.
Adaeze Nwanonyiri was born in Houston, Texas. She then moved to New York to study at the New York School of Interior Design. She met Rosenberg in Los Angeles.[4]
LARS
editRosenberg and Nwanonyiri work in LARS which develops and rebrands restaurants, bakeries, and cafes.[5] Rosenberg focuses on operations, while Nwanonyiri covers design.
