'('S.H. Sheriff (AxExHxCx)[1] is an American electric guitar player, Musician, Actor and Performance artist. Sheriff has made artwork.[2], music[3] and films under the name AxExHxCx along with music videos with a variety of underground bands.
Sheriff performs as AxExHxCx[1], an underground musician known for Harsh noise wall[1], Gorenoise[4], Goregrind, and playing the electric guitar. He has released with multiple labels, including GxMxPx[5], TERROR INC, and Red Wall Records.
The origin of AxExHxCx and the album RHOPALOTHRIX[6] was that the backing bands were ever-changing and a "cacophony of chaos" formed by Sheriff & Various artists. These included Christian Mauch[7] and Sajan Basra as guitarists; while Drunk Wolfs members William ('Red Wolf') Maxwell, Ghost Ryder, & Massa D were recruited on vocals, drums, & synth respectively. interpolations of punk rock musician GG Allin also appear on RHOPALOTHRIX. the rest of the bands that composed music for the album were ones subsequently formed and joined by AxExHxCx
Sheriff performs live rarely; usually playing the electric guitar[8]. He allegedly used a machete to play another members guitar resulting in a quick resolution from a band he was in. Sheriff performs in a continuation of being a performance artist known as Ant Fukker[6]; An individual who lives in the sewers and causes destruction or chaos in the form of self claimed "bugnoise crime"[9] which usually ends in arrests.
Sheriff has also made records, tapes and videos with Putrid Gore, Luigi Destroyer, Drunk Wolfs[10], and DxHxRx[11], and The Spiral Sound[12] (The main vocalist and instrumentalist being Christian Mauch)[7] He has done multiple experimental projects under the names Scathophaga Stercoraria & декапода[13]
Sheriff currently resides in North Texas.
