Andrew Tan(Chinese: 陳勢安; pinyin: Chén Shì'ān; born in Penang), is a Malaysian Mandopop singer and actor. Tan started out as a professional make-up artists, but moved into showbiz in 2006 after a double win at Malaysia's Astro Talent Quest and Hong Kong's TVB International Chinese New Talent Singing Championship. In year 2010, he branched out into Taiwan with his breakout hit 'Tian Hou' (Stardom).

2006-2010 edit
In 2006, Chen Shian won the runner-up in the "Astro Rookie Contest" held by Astro Malaysia, and subsequently won the "Golden Microphone Award" in the "TVB Global Chinese Rookie Singing Contest". The following year, he released his first album "Grand Debut", and won the Bronze Medal for Best New Artist at the Entertainment Association Awards. In 2010, he released his second album "Tianhou" and debuted in Taiwan at the same time. One of the songs "Tianhou" also quickly became a hit song on KTV, and set a record of 411 consecutive days on the KKBOX Chinese singles chart. It became Chen Shi'an's first representative work.
2011-2014 edit

In March 2015, he was a guest of Bii Shujin's "Bii My Love" concert in Malaysia.
