Agatha Gómez Casiano (born January 1, 1995), known artistically as Agatha, is a Dominican-Puerto Rican singer, songwriter, and actress. Emerging as a prominent figure in the bilingual alternative urban pop scene, she has amassed millions of streams on platforms such as Spotify and YouTube. Agatha has been active in the entertainment industry since her childhood, establishing a notable career in both music and acting.

Agatha was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, into a family deeply entrenched in the entertainment industry. Her mother, Maritza Casiano, is a well-known Latin American producer, and her father, Hjalmar T. Gomez Guzman, is an engineer and photographer. She has two brothers: Aaron Joseph Vallejo, who has autism[1], and Esteban Gomez Garcia Godoy, a 13-year-old actor. Agatha pursued music and singing at Suffolk Law School and Liberal Arts in Boston and studied acting at Michael Howard and Lee Strasberg in New York.

Agatha embarked on her music career at 19 with "Loving Lullaby," a song dedicated to her brother. Over five years, she has explored genres such as bilingual alternative urban pop and collaborated with artists like Gustavo Laureano and Chimbala. Notable songs include "Historia-Canción de cuna" (2015), "Días soleados" (2018), and "Cosquillita" with Gustavo Laureano (2018). She has also ventured into electronic music with international DJs, notably with "LMK ft DJ Max Vangeli." Her work has accumulated over 4 million streams on Spotify.[2]

Agatha has also made her mark in acting, appearing in the Emmy-winning HBO miniseries "Show Me A Hero," the film "El Brujo," and the Netflix series "Orange Is the New Black." Other projects include appearances in the "Claro Campaign" (2020), "Los Leones" (2019), and "Odisea" (2021).[3]
