A S Kabir(Hindi: ए एस कबीर) (born 28 July 1990) is a civil servant in the Government of India. Presently he is serving Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports in capacity of the Regional Director for central India's two states Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand^[1] ^[2] where he implements National Service Scheme, an Indian government public sector public service program for the development of youth.
