Dražen Anzulović

Dražen Anzulović (born 7 May 1967) is a Croatian professional basketball coach for BC Enisey of the VTB United League and former professional player.

Playing careerEdit

Anzulović spent most of his playing career in Cibona. He won the EuroLeague title as a player of Cibona in 1986 with Dražen Petrović on the team.

Coaching careerEdit

His coaching career started after he got injured. As a coach he has made great successes with Cibona, Cedevita, Spirou Charleroi and MKS Dąbrowa Górnicza. Also, he served two times as an assistant coach of the Croatian national team. First time in period of 2006–2009, in which period the Croatian national team qualified on 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, first time after 1992, and second time in 2016 Summer Olympics. They won the qualification tournament for the 2016 Summer Olympics, and won the 5th place at the Summer Olympics. On 28 November 2017 he signed with Nanjing Monkey King. In April 2018 he left the Chinese club.

On April 24, 2018 he was named the head coach for the Croatian national team, after Ivica Skelin parted ways. On May 2, 2019 he was sacked.
