Yguazú (Spanish pronunciation: [iɣwaˈsu]; Guarani: Yguasu [ɨɣʷasu]; also known as Colonia Yguazú) is a city and district of Paraguay's Alto Paraná Department, founded by Japanese immigrants.

History
