Premise
editAn unhappy middle-aged man who has moved to an isolated Scottish village strikes up a friendship with his oddball next door neighbour despite his wife's protestations and suspicions.[1]

Production
editThe six-part series is written by David Ireland, and produced by Sister for ITV. The series is executive produced by Chris Fry, Alice Tyler, Lydia Hampson and Jane Featherstone. The series is produced by Ireland, Brian Coffey and Andrew Lincoln, who also stars.[2] The lead cast also includes Eve Myles, Ewen Bremner and Indira Varma.[3]
Filming began in the UK in July 2024.[4] Filming locations include Dennistoun in Scotland.[5]
