Chuck Garcia is an American author, professional public speaker, mountaineer and the founder of Climb Leadership International.[1][2][3][4]

Early Life and Education
editGarcia grew up in West Point, New York. He received his bachelor's degree in finance from Syracuse University and his Master's in organizational leadership from Mercy College.[1][2][3][4]
Career
editGarcia started his career at Bloomberg L.P. In early 2006, Garcia became director of business development at BlackRock Solutions. In late 2012, he joined Citadel as managing director, Sales.[1] He established Climb Leadership International[2][3][5] in 2013.[6] In 2017, he became an adjunct associate professor at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Engineering.[6] In 2018, he also joined Long Island University where he teaches in the School of Business.[6] In 2019, he started a radio talk show on New York's 77WABC and with the C-Suite Network, where he hosted “A CLIMB TO THE TOP: Stories of Transformation.[4][7]
