Was a category with this name ever deleted?

To administrators or other editors. I thought that I had already created this category a while back. However, I can find no record of it. I modeled these categories on the same situation for Category:Works by Arthur Miller. Was it deleted by admin without leaving a trail? If, there is some reason to delete it, could you post something on my talk page explaining the policy, and why the category has been eliminated. Thanks. --Toploftical (talk) 21:31, 27 June 2016 (UTC)
