This category should not be speedy deleted as being unpopulated, because... it is populated or not by the {{Rayment}} template. All Rayment template instances ought to have two unnamed parameters. For maintenance those checking that the template is being used correctly find this information useful.
Deleting the content of this hidden template will in future cause a red template to appear in article space if someone only adds one unnamed parameter to {{Rayment}}.
