Scope

Piotrus, is it intended that the members of this category be according to the country holding the prisoner, or the home country of the prisoner? Seeing as they're named Fooian political prisoners, I'm assuming the latter, but then wouldn't Political prisoners by nationality be the more usual name? --Paul_012 (talk) 04:43, 6 November 2021 (UTC)

@Paul 012 This is indeed not always clear, and I recommend creating a mirror category "Prisoners in Fooland", so we can categorize people both by their nationality and by the country holding them.
