Compare this category with: Category talk:Israeli criminals. Note that there a person, in order to be included in the category, must fulfil very specific criteria: s/he must be an Israeli citizen, and have been convicted of a criminal offence by an independent Israeli court. Now, what have we here? To me it seems as if people have just tagged them as criminals, even if they have not been convicted in any Palestinian court.
