As far as I understand the purpose of this category, it is used for those lists that are a mere collection of names and/or links, and thus their quality does not need to be assessed. Consequently I've removed List of rivers of Beleriand and List of original characters in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy from it, as they are rather 'merge'-lists and their quality is important. - In fact, even such 'bare' lists shouldn't exist, and should be beefed up and assessed like articles are. It is probably best to deprecate this 'assessment' parameter of 'list' and use Category:Middle-earth lists instead. I've gone ahead and re-assessed the articles.
