If Guipuscoa is the traditional name of this province in English, I think we could use it for the category and all the articles concerning this territory instead of using the Basque or the Spanish name. The same in the case of Biscay where you cand find the category which uses the Basque name and a subcategory using the Spanish one. Manu bcn 16:58, 31 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

I find it accurate, It is the usual policy, isn´t it?. Anyway, I think that English speaker Wikipedists should confirm us that it is the usual English form. The same for Biscay and any other location with an English form, as Seville, Andalusia or Castile. --Garcilaso 10:28, 3 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
