The term "case law" is misleading for this category, I suggest deletion of the category. --Arebenti (talk) 14:46, 27 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Given that the EPO themselves publish a book "Case law of the Boards of Appeal", I hardly think it can be called a misleading term. Agreed, it may not be entirely accurate, but it is in common usage and gets the point across without having to refer to "EPO decisions and opinions" or "Decisions and opinions of the Boards of Appeal of the EPO" or some such.
Nor do I understand why you suggest deletion rather than a move - clearly this category has some value. GDallimore (Talk) 15:25, 27 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
I concur with GDallimore. Comparing a Google search on "jurisprudence of the European Patent Office" [1] and one on "case law of the European Patent Office"[2], I don't think the term "case law" is misleading. Would you suggest something else? --Edcolins (talk) 19:27, 27 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
