Merge?

Perhaps this category could be merged with Category:Wikipedia requested photographs of aircraft and spacecraft, which an article is added to by {{reqphoto|aircraft and spacecraft}}.--ospalh (talk) 13:04, 18 May 2009 (UTC)

I agree that these two categories need to be sorted, either merged or split. Also what needs to be taken into consideration is Category:Rocketry articles needing images. I would suggest editing the WPAVIATION template to be the same as {{reqphoto|aircraft and spacecraft}} so that either methods can be used and produces the same result. Alternatively WPAVIATION creates Wikipedia requested photographs of aircraft while WikiProject Rocketry create Wikipedia requested photographs of spacecraft.

Another alternative name would be Wikipedia requested photographs of aerospace.Traveler100 (talk) 20:42, 18 May 2009 (UTC)

Looking at articles in this category, it seems to be a bit more complicated. Many image requests here are for airports, airlines and other things that are not aircraft. I'm not sure what should be done. Just merging seems like a bad idea to me now.--ospalh (talk) 09:24, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
