I removed the category of "psychoanalytic schools."
Adlerians do not consider themselves to be a psychoanalytic school, generally oppose most psychoanalytic concepts (such as the dynamic unconscious) and do not practice psychoanalytic therapy. The source of this confusion was Dr Adler's work with Sigmund Freud until 1911. After the split between the two the school of Individual Psychology developed rapidly as a social constructivist theory with an emphasis on "social interest."
