Articles relating to the Stockholm Bloodbath (1520), a series of executions in Sweden. Gustav Trolle, the Archbishop of Uppsala had demanded the execution of the political supporters of Sten Sture the Younger for heresy. The charges were supported by canon law, and nearly 100 persons were executed.
