This is a category which was previously deleted at CFD due to being superfluous with other, much more specifically-dated AFC submission categories. However, due to a strange system bug that remains unresolved, the AFC submission template spontaneously regenerates it on the 21st day after a draft has been submitted to the AFC queue within the first minute after midnight, following which the redlink is unfixable until it clears itself. This may often cycle through without being detected at all, but other times it causes the category to show up at Special:WantedCategories if an automated update of that list happens on the 21st day.

Accordingly, this has been recreated as a hidden error-catcher category to avoid unnecessary kludge showing up at WantedCategories anymore. It should be empty most of the time, and should normally clear itself back to empty without editor intervention.
