Angel Fire Airport (FAA LID: AXX) is a county-owned public-use airport located 1 nautical mile (1.9 km; 1.2 mi) north of the central business district of Angel Fire, a town in Colfax County, New Mexico.[1] It is included in the US National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, which falls under the US FAA category of "general aviation facility".[2]

Angel Fire Airport covers an area of 220 acres (89 ha) at an elevation of 8,379.5 feet (2,554.1 m) above mean sea level. It has one runway designated 17/35 with an asphalt surface measuring 8,900 by 100 feet (2,713 by 30 m). For the 12-month period ending April 30, 2010, the airport had 30 aircraft operations, an average of 2 per month: 67% general aviation and 33% military.[1]
