The 1975–76 Allsvenskan was the 42nd season of the top division of Swedish handball. 10 teams competed in the league. IK Heim won the regular season, but Ystads IF won the playoffs and claimed their first Swedish title. Malmbergets AIF were relegated.[1][2]
